Study Suggests Coffee Ingredient Deters Alzheimer’s

Another reason to enjoy your morning cup of coffee was released in a study from the University of South Florida today. Results from recent research suggests that the major ingredient in coffee (caffeine) deters Alzheimer’s disease! By causing a natural (and mysterious) increase in blood GCSF (granulocyte colony stimulating factor) levels, coffee is said to improve memory and provide long-term protection against Alzheimer’s.
